It’s time to roll out your mat and discover the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Whether this is your first class or you are an experienced yogi, this mixed flow practice is the place to be. Fun, Playful, and Supportive, Megan guides the practice through breath work and poses (asanas). Short or tall, young or old, big or small, fit or getting there, recovering from an injury or recovering from the week, this class is physically and emotionally safe and appropriate for all levels, abilities, and ages.
