Maggie King, MS, CNS, LN

Maggie King is a licensed nutritionist through Maryland and North Carolina and a nationally accredited Certified Nutrition Specialist through the BCNS.

Kathia Purcell

Kathia serves as the General Manger and Co-Owner for Coastal Fitness Center.

Heidi Johnston-Taylor

Heidi graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Broadcast Communications. She has worked as a radio newscaster, a corporate productivity trainer, English as a Second Language teacher and now, swim instructor. The common thread being that she loves to help people build new skills.

I started at Coastal Fitness Center in November 2022 as a front desk associate and am currently our Operational Manager. A mother of 2 with a background in business management and administration. Now, combining my work background and fitness lifestyle has been my dream. I have always been involved in athletics, from playing organized sports to strength training. My real fitness journey started in 2015, competing in several functional fitness competitions and assisting with youth CrossFit. I have always taken an interest in human performance and nutrition. Seeing the mental and physical growth of what physical fitness does for people is why I love where I am now.

PHOTOBIOMOD (PBM) THERAPY BED

The PBM Bed is a Whole-Body Light Therapy Bed exclusively designed to deliver effective, penetrating wavelengths at the proven power densities and dosages that cover the body more evenly than any other device. PBM Therapy, is the application of red and near-infrared light to tissue where there is degeneration or injury, to improve, repair, and reduce inflammation and pain.

MYZONE FITNESS TECHNOLOGY

Myzone is a hardware, software and wearable platform that supports and motivates everyone in being more physically active, building a community and increasing member engagement. From monitoring your status, to developing a plan and keeping track of performance, to communicating your goals, MyZone is a great addition to the Coastal Fitness Center that provides excellent results.

EVOLT 360

The Evolt 360 Body Composition Scanner, what we call the Intelligent Body Scanner, is a simple-to-use 60-second scan that provides detailed data about a body through more than 40 measurements. All readings are specific to the individual, allowing trainers to better design a health and wellness program.
