About the class

Join us for a Pilates class with exercises that train several muscle groups at once in smooth, continuous movements to help develop a strong core. By emphasizing proper breathing, correct spinal alignment and posture, Pilates helps to train your body to move safely and efficiently throughout everyday life. Beginners to Advanced are welcome in our Pilates classes!
